I just got this car, the tail light on it isn't working... tried to pull it off, but it's actually glued in the place. What will take this off? I've tried cutting it, pulling it off with pliars, nothing is working

 

try twisting it with pliars there should be a quater turn counter-clockwise

 

try some KY......should come off with the quickness.....
