A possibly silly question about transmission... u be the judge!
Can a conversion be done from auto to manual? Is that even possible? If so, what is the cost approximately? (uhuh, I am an amateur)
My car is too dang slow, as you might have figured.

It can and has been done quite a few times. You will need a complete pedal assemble, all the Hydraulic equipment, a transmission (duh!), all the required mounts, linkage, shifter and misc other nut's and bolt's. Oh yeah ECU to to

the labor on doing a tranny sway from auto---> manual is about 800-1500??? too much!
your best bet is going w/
1) sell yours...buy manual
2)sell yours.....buy old hatch and GSR or typeR w/ tranny
or 3) keep yours get tranny, get ecu, get it all put in (you might want to do a better clutchat that time).
you would still have"your car" but i dont feel like it will work out to perfection.
ohhh BTW you would even need new pedals (clutch and brake)
