Default Auto to manual swap

I just got a 2000 civic dx with a manal tranny and a blown motor. I have a b16a2 with a 5 spd manual tranny.
Can I swap it in to it?
Also do I know I need to put in a Clutch master and lines.
Do I need to do any wiring? I have an ecu, and wiring harness. Complete swap.
But I am not sure what I need to do.
Thanx to all for the help.

I think you would need tranny mounts as well as motor mounts. New shift linkage possibly. There are tons and tons of information on this site.

You may also want to check out http://www.smallcarspecialties.com for a shifter conversion plate.

i did this to my hatch... save your money on that plate waste of $60 sheet metal less the $5 and who cares what it looks like(if u take ur time it will look good) but your shifter cover will cover it so its a waste... anyways you're going to need a manual ecu or convert yours, auto - manual mount, or you can reweld your mount braket... the only thing that was a pain in my ***, was the brake and clutch pedal, but if you take the seat out it will go alot easier... look in the search theres a great write up... i did mine with the write up with doing the gsr swap all at once in 8hrs by myself.... and it drives like any other manual... just take your time..
