I just got a 97 4-door Civic LX. I need help. I would like to make mods to the car but am new to the world of Civic's. I am really just looking to make performance mods such as more hp and torque. I would like to make a change to a VTEC but I dont know if it is worth it. Everything on the car is the same as the day it rolled off the line. Any advice is welcome

Its almost not worth wasting you money on a SOHC converting it to VTEC if you are going to do that do a swap.. If you want serious power buy a turbo... Going all motor takes lots of time and money.. Superchargers limit the amount of power you can get out of one.. Turbos are very adjustable and thats where you will get the most power for the money..I know none of these are cheap answer but you didnt say how much you want to spend..
