Hey man, sorry for not replyin to that. I paid $575 shipped from Payn Tech. They dont do many hoods so I paid a higher price than other places I've found but when you get good service, a few extra bucks is worth it IMO. It took a little while because of some problems at FI with the hood-maker but I got my hood about 3 days after he returned. The fit was good but needed a little TLC to fit perfect. HTH, EV.

thanks man, appreciate it a lot! So i would probably need someone able to do some minor adjustments to the hood? Cause I would most likely end up doing something i'd regret.

Its nothin major man. I'd have someone who knows what they're doin with a die grinder if you're puttin in the sparco hood pins. Those things are kinda a pain in the *** to install but once they're in, they rock. Now, another thing to consider is that I was in a frontend accident (which is the reason I needed a hood) so my particular frontend isn't necessarily perfect anymore anyway. The fitment problem I had was fixed in about 15 minutes total... pretty straightforward. If you have any questions, IM me or throw me an email, i'm glad to help. Peace, EV.

Dude, you don't even have a clue what you are talking about. That was a prototype and that was many months ago. These are recent pics, and I have plenty of people and customers to back up the quality of the products we sell. Wayne got a final piece so don't say anything you don't have a clue about. LMAO Also the only reason why his edges broke was because of shipping. I didn't even have to replace the hood because I was not even able to put a claim in. But it was not a final product. Our agreement was we would send him a new one after we made the impovements he thought we should make. DID YOU KNOW THAT? Get your stuff straight man. 900.00? YAH RIGHT> I have a copy of the receipt for Body Pros. He didn't pay even close to that much, and the insurance company paid for it LOL>! LOL
Damn, if our new stuff looks like a POS then tell it to my face and take a look at it for real. Also we BUILD PLANES. NOT CF hoods. WE just started to really get into the stuff when he got his. We have been workin non stop on them since then. Why don't you read up on some stuff a little.

Does this bottom frame look like a POS?

This is a customers car. Sure doesn't look like a piece of crap to me? I wonder why people are ordering my hoods overseas when they have SPOON available. I guess spoon must be a even a bigger POS.

Sorry man but you burst my bubble over your company awhile back when you wouldn't even call me back. I ended up goin to Fiber Images instead of you cause you obviously don't know what a return phone call is. Not gonna do business with someone who makes me run through hoops just for a friggen hood. And if Wayne's was just a prototype a.) why doesn't he have a new one yet and if he DOES finally have a new one, why the hell did it take so long to get one to him and b.) why would you even send a hood in that condition OUT to someone... that's just stupidity. So stop cryin to me if you think I'm tryin to give you a bad name Poncho, you proved your business savvy to me already. Get off me. EV.

Well, I am sorry you had to go to Fiber Images. But we are a manufacturer, not a retail store. We are mostly working on stuff rather than phones all the time. We do retail over the internet, and there is a specific phone number for dealers.

a.) He does have a new one. It took soo long cause there was a lot of changes made in material and the making process. We implemented a lot of changes which he thought we should change. So we did, but these are not simply hand laid parts. These are vacumm bagged parts which is a little more complex.

b.) His car was at the bodyshop and it was waiting on the hood. He asked us to send him what we got. So I did because I knew he had to get his car out of Body Pros. Also that is why we agreed I would send him another one.

You sell hoods, period. I called the dealer number and ya didnt call back, so I bought a hood elsewhere. I'm not "sorry" I went with FI, it fits fine and did what I needed it to do - replace a dented stock hood. I'm not a show queen so I could give two ***** how "pretty" it is. EV.
