Default HELP -- Expert opinions needed on MODS...

Does anyone know what/where I could read/search to learn about different mods? I want DETAILED description of each mod (what it does, how it does it, etc) and not just opinions on which brand is best... any suggestions, people?

Ok... well how about (1)CAI and (2)Header to begin with.... what exactly does each one do? Why are the stock ones not good? I think (1) and (2) each add about 8 hp or something, is that right?

Thanks.

I'm not expert at all, but what i know is a cold air intake sucks cool air into the engine to be combined with fuel to add power. A CAI sucks larger amounts of air as opposed to a stock intake which sucks less air which is usually just the heat from the engine. Intake adds at most about 7 horses and is prolly your best bang for the buck if your looking for some noticable gains. Without a doubt the most popular intake is an AEM CAI ( runs about $180-$200). Just my 2 cents.
