First of all... beat your brothers ***!

Sounds like your alternator bro!

Also could be starter wire... this happened to me a while ago... the negative wire was loose and would sometimes make a connection and sometimes it wouldn't...

Yea man, it sounds like your alternator is shot. Just go to Advanced or Auto Zone and pick up a new one.

So after you drive it around does it even attempt to start? Or do you just get nothing when you turn the key?

check all the wires on it. there are two wires on the starter a thick one and a thin one the thick one should have 12 volta at all times and the thin one should have 12 volts when the key is in the crank position. if this all checks out then the next thing to try is have someone crank it while you tap on the starter with a hammer. hit it pretty hard and it might free u. sometimes the freeze up and need a little whack to get em goin. i would replace it then cause it had a dead spot in it and wil only lead to aggravation down the road. if you do not have 12 volts at the little wire when the key is in the crank position then i would check your clutch safety switch if it is manual trans and your neutral safety switch if its automatic. let me know how you make out

Don't count on the thing being fixed... Your solenoid is probably bad, but I have also see the windings go out, and a whack with the hammer temporarily resolved this as well. PLEASE GET IT REPLACED. It isn't a gone problem, until.

Check all the connections to your starter solenoid. I had a propblem like this and it ended up being a loose connection at the starter.
