help: acceleration is wierd and shaky

help: acceleration is wierd and shaky
my problem happened this morning. Everytime i accelerate in any gear, my car start to shake and vibrate between 1000 thru 4000 rpm but it continue alittle bit above 4000 too. This happen out of nowhere. I did not do anything to car the day before. help!
