Does anyone actually have the DAC installed? How is it?

 

I've got it and I like it. It sounds real nice under throttle and I did get a good bit of power from it. I bought it back when I was trying to keep all DC Sports parts on my car but have since abandoned that. If you're in the market for an intake and are not lookin at a cold-air then check out the DAC.

 

I used to think DC Sports was cool, now I think they're crap. I had two DC stainless headers go bad on me (developed a bad internal rattle). My friends have had similar bad experiences with DC products. I guess not much can go wrong with an intake. AEM is good.

 

I have one and the sound inside the car is really nice. I think I have a little more power in the mid RPM range put I don't have an exhaust system (YET) and it feels like there is a little less power at the very top end. I would like to go cold air after my exhaust is finished.
