Removing the rear seats from the EP3
OK, the seat bottom comes out first. You'll find a 10mm bolt in the back of the cushion where the middle seatbelt straps go into the chassis. From the front, undo that one first. Then from the front, pull up firmly on the front edge of the cushion and two metal peices will release from thier clips on the chassis. The seat cushion is out.
Now fold down the 60% seat, and you'll see a 3x4 black plastic panel on the back of it down near the joint in the middle. That panel can be carefully popped off. Look closely and you'll see the tho plastic clips that hold it in place. Once its popped off, you'll see that it covered up 2 10mm bolts. Just take them out, and things will start coming apart. Push the seat towards the outside of the car to get it out of the joint.
PS: Its harder to put them back together from my experience.
Here's my table of weights of all the stuff in the back: http://www.dmcknight.net/ep3hack/weight_reduction/
