Default Jus passed 30 k miles. Need tune up info.

Hey like the title said I just passed the 30k mile point in my R. Wanna tune it up, just not sure what I need @ this point. Called a local dealership, they wouldn't talk to me cause I'm not bringin' the car there. Just changed my oil, and ordered a new fuel filter. What about cap rotor plugs & wires? If so, would MSD be the right way to go?
thanks
-->opie

I recently changed my tranny fluid @ 28K miles, to only find I could have bottled it and sold it back to Honda. -the stuff was crystal clear.
PCV valve could be changed as well. You may also want to do a valve adjustment, and check your wheel bearings. -i'm old school.

Would it hurt changing to an MSD cap and rotor? About as expensive as stock.

I think the msd cap is for when you are using a external coil. If you have msd then u would need that but if u are stock then just go with the oem.

MSD makes an external blaster coil that does replace the oem coil. You do need to switch to ther coil if you use there cap. Ithink im stickin to oem and changing to msd wires and ngk platinum plugs.

oem wires are sumitomo and not msd.. besides whats already listed, i'd suggest valve adjustment and transmissoin oil change, coolant change.. - thats if you wanna keep your car in good shape.. i do these things every 15k miles

Timing spec in the helms is 16 degrees +/- 2, so you are ok.
