Be Prepared for a fighting battle....First off you will have 3 or 4 pushpins (plastic) on the top of the bumper you will not see these till you take off your middle grill which is 2 or 3 screws after the plastic pushpins...turn your wheels to the left and theres a 8mm screw at the corner of the bumper where the fender meets the bumper this will be on both sides...when you take them off you will have a little flex in the bumper so you will have to pull a little and loosen the bottom of the headlights beacuase under the headlights is 2 or 3 more pushpins on both sides after that....do what your gonna do and reverse these instructions and you should be set...hope i helped later

 

How do I loosen the screw on bottom of the headlight? Its hard to reach in. Thx

 

i am a noob but i think you just remove the bumper lights. then when that is removed in the back their will be 4 big screws on each side that hold the bumper on. take those off then the bumper should come off. don't forget bout those push screws on the bottom.

 

Yep I did it to paint my headlights on my 95 ex... just take the screws off the top, the bolts off the bottom the screw like the first guy said. Then take out the bumper blinker light and there are 4 bolts inside just like that guy said... It'll be really hard to reach unless you got a pretty long extension in your ratchet set. I think it's 12mm, if not then it's 10mm. for a better explaination... here's a good guide:
