Will it fit a B18a/b block or should I get one from a B18C?

 

i have never heard of or seen a B16A with a block girdle from the factory, only the B18C1/5 due to the longer stroke and high revs. the B16A/B17A have a better R/S ratio, the B16A being the better of the two, and so neither have block girdles.

so you'd have to pick up an aftermarket girdle or a B18C girdle.

 

ic...I wasnt sure and we have 2 jdm B16 blocks sitting in the garage.
