Since you are in Vancouver BC, you should just give Boom Plus Toys (604)325-1882 a call about any TEIN products. They are the biggest TEIN distributor in Canada now!!
As for HR, I wouldn't get it, I would either go with HA or NA. The damping adjustable is more useful than the height adjustable IMO. How often did ppl acutally play with the ride height more than once or twice a year?? So if you have the money, go with HA, if on a budget, get the NA!! The best spring shock combo for street IMO!!
