Default Is my exhaust too big

Setup:

B16a/Y1 with JE SRP 10.5:1, 70mm throttle, DPR p/p type r intake, Alaniz Technologies p/p head with type r valves and skunk stage 1 cams, AnR 4-1 header with 2.5 collector and exhaust.

The engine is torqueless in the lower RPMs but screams after 5k. I've been told I'm losing velocity and scavenging.

Any opinions?

Thanks!

Good god. 3" for a B16? Why not put a diesel turbo up on that to spool
