Default CD Face won't stay attached to Deck....

I have a Sony CDX-M620 CD Deck, and whenever I burnout, hit a pothole, or chirp 2nd, the face literally flies off. Not only is this a saftey issue, it's annoying. Nothing ruins a race when your *power music* goes off and the deck hits you in the head, or gets jammed between the shifter and boot. I think some clips are broken or something, so it's only staying on there by the contact points?

Anyone know how I can fix this, suggestions?
