With a +43 offset, anyone know if they'll fit on a GSR, i.e., clear the front calipers and not rub/polish the trailing arm in the rear?

Not sure on the brakes, but if you run 225/45 hoosiers, you'll have to run a spacer. Otherwise you should be ok.
