99 bumper on 96-98 Civics
I know the necessary parts are headlights, grill, fenders, hood and bumper cover, BUT.....
A while back someone posted a pic of a 96-98 civic with just a 99-00 bumper cover with 96-98 headlamps, grill, fenders, & hood.
Essentially, I want to know how much modification had to be done to the bumper cover in order to get the 99-00 bumper cover on with the 96-98 front end. Did the bumper cover have to be hacked to hell to do this?
