Default Please Help! Urgent! Installing Radiator have quick question!!!!

I just got my old radiator out and putting new one in. The new one is a modine one. My question is it has ports for the automatic transmission fluid cooling at the bottom. Mine is manual so I don't have anything to hook up! Those little tubes point upward. I have no plugs to plug up the holes in them.

I called napa and the guy said its ok to just leave them open as nothing would come out. Should i try to make something to plug them up or just leave them as he says? I just don't want coolant gushing out down the road!

Thanks for any reply!!!!
