****, check to see if you have enough brake fluid. That sounds like something that you don't want to play with.

Yeah I did my brake fluid is ok. I am not sure what is causing to do that. This si irritating me like crazy!!

But weirdest thing is when I drive it for a while the brake light in dash would go off? Does anyone know why would it go off when the car is warm?

Does the car have ABS or is it giving you a CEL?

Yes, my lude have ABS. But it is the brake light in dash is the one when you pull your hand brakes up. But when I put my hand brakes down it still lights up.

If I am correct that brake light will illuminate when your hand brakes are up and if our fluid is low. I think it also lights to tell you if there is a problem with your brake system too. Someone correct me if I am wrong. If you don't recieve help from here I suggest you get it checked by someone who knows what they are doing.

I try to work on my car but will never try to troubleshoot brake problems.

Thanks for your help SeaQuake. If your statement is true then I am gonna get the brakes check. Last time I checked I had plenty brake pads. Yeah, this is very strange. The reason I dont want to take it to a dealer they may say it has to do with my turbo setup?? That is why I am also wondering can that be the problem?

Just had my brake pads checked and seemed to be fine. I did add a little brake fluid since someone did mention that sometimes the fluid gets clogged and it tends to activate the in dash brake light. Let me drive3 it later and see if it still comes on.
