I opted for 40 mm Tial for 400-500 setup. I don't think you can never go too big on the valve size, if you have the money, go with 46mm Tial or 50 mm Greddy

Well look on ebay for the 40mm, they stop making them, so you will have to move up to the 46 which is another 200 bux. I got my 40mm for 340 shipped brand new on ebay I couldn't see paying over 500 for the 46.

Straight from Tial's website...Basically says Bigger is not always better...
"Flow capacity. Contrary to popular belief, larger higher HP applications do not necessarily require the largest wastegate available. The lower the boost pressure you are gunning for the larger your wastegate needs to be. An engine/turbo combination that is set to 25+psi has a smaller wastegate flow requirement than the same application set to 7 psi. This is because the wastegate is used to lower the boost not raise it, the lower the boost pressure is set the more flow the wastegate must allow."

Thats the guy I bought my wastegate from, I would get that, especially if your planning to make over 500. I 've heard the 38 can go that high but I wouldn't want to take any chances.
