Taking advantage of insurance company
This is a long shot for saving money but what the hell. Any way I can play off an evo schoo as an accident avoidance clinic or something like that? Fundamentally it serves the same purpose so I'm not really cheating. Anyway it's not like I autocross or anything like that
Are you trying to get a discount on your insurance by taking and EVO school and claiming to was a "accident avoidance school"?? Probably wouldn't fly and would you want to take a chance and risk the rates increasing if they found out you lied.

I don't know the answer, but I think most insurance cos have some kind of approved list of schools. Otherwise, you could just make one up.

If anyone has found a general insurance policy that does not have this broad of an exclusion, I'd be interested.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I have an allstate policy that doesn't have this inclusion. Every year I double-check with my agent and I've been told that as long as its a school situation, or any Solo II, my vehicle should be covered. I say "should" because the insurance company won't cover just any claim, particularily if someone else were at fault.

I pulled into the parking lot of my insurance agent (State Farm) a few years back. I had shoe polish numbers on the window from the local drag strip. The agent threatened to cancel my ENTIRE POLICY (not just a "hey, if you wreck on the track we won't cover you) until I convinced him I went there to watch only and all cars that entered the facility got registered.
I'm not lying. I think my experience at the school makes me a better driver on the road. But try convincing a clueless insurance agent of that without bending the truth...
