struts and whats is the benefit of adjustables?
I am trying to figure out what kind of shocks to buy, im putting 95 integra suspension on my 91 hatch, ive already put it on but took it off because i realized the shocks were bad (the teg rolled in an accident
) doh! shouldve checked before i put them on, but anyway what are the best shocks that are not too pricey, in the tokico and kyb line-up, i have tokico blues and i dont care for them too much, kinda suck... and if anyone knows websites off the top of theirs heads with good prices on the struts u reccommend, and what is the benfit to adjustables, what does that do for your ride? thank you!!

Koni "yellows" or KYB AGXs are great shocks if your on a budget. With adjustables, you can adjust the ride stiffness, such as if you want a rock solid ride or a soft ride. Hope this helps.
thank you chris, so does the "bounciness" of the ride possibly be better if you have adjustables, i have some coilovers and they are decent and im just sick of the bumps of the freeway i have to drive like 400+ miles a week it gets old after a while....
BTW what 1.8 liter do u have chris??

bounciness happens when your car is underdamped. meaning your springs are too stiff for your shocks. koni's have good damping rates, i've heard off the shelf yellows can take springs maybe up to 500 lb/in... so if your springs are stiffer than that, you might need something pretty crazy, or have some konis revalved.
