if you want inside of your gauge cluster then..
pull off the four screws that hold it in.. and there are tabs that hold in the clear plastic cover..

I believe there are screws in the back of the cluster. I'm not too sure though. I took mine out couple weeks ago but I wasn't paying too much attention to it. The glue should hold the plastic thing together but there's another way to open it.
Do you have the cluster assembly out, or are you trying to do this by just pulling the cover? I'll assume you have it all the way out; pull the screws out, and the little rubber **** on the odo reset shaft. Look where the clear lens meets the plastic housing of the cluster; there should be a series of clips that have to be released (they are actually part of the lens). Pry one loose with a pocket screwdriver at a time, working your way around the lens, go slow. Once you have the lens off, the guages screw in through the back of the assembley. Be carefull here, those screws go through the printed circut and into the guages! When you're going back together, don't overtorque anything, and go in reverse of disassembly.
Make sure you work in a clean area, it's easy to scratch that lens or destroy a guage with crap in it.
