hey i have a question i found this drag gen 3 kit for a b16 and was woundering if it would fit onto a EG hatch with a b18c1... will i have to custom fit the pipping or will it just bolt on... lemme know

 

The downpipe is different but other than that the piping should be the same.

Someone correct me if I am wrong

upper intercooler pipe will be differnet. but a pretty sure the DP is the same? Just ask Art.

 

The upper intercooler pipe will be different depending which Bseries motor the kit is for. I believe B16, B18B, and B18C5 upper intercooler pipes are the same.

The B16 downpipe is different than the B18C1 downpipe... I think it is shorter.

thanks guys... cause i found this kit for 1650 and was thinkin about gettin it... but wanted to know if im gonna run to any problems cause she said it came off her b16... well if u know any more info please post THANKS!!!!

 

The upper intercooler pipe (w/ the BOV flange) is different from the B16 to the B18C (because the intake manifold positions the throttle body differently).

Per Ben, all B-series downpipes are the same. I had to ask him because I only had a b16 to work on and we are selling them for mostly the B18C.

I think you just have to cut part of it off for B16... then again I think I heard this from clubsi so take it with a grain of salt. I think it only matters if you keep the stock cat.
