on hondata's web-site, there is a DIY airbox cut-out to get an extra 2 horse power. i know that isn't much as far as performance goes, but will that cut-out allow you to hear vtec like a short ram intake does? just curious, thanx in advance..

the box gets alittle louder than stock but nothing sounds like a SRI when you hit vtec.

 

will that cutout and a k&n make any noticeable gains?

For the hole u make use a deckplate to cover it when raining
