What could be her problem??
My girl just brought her car about a month ago for service at the dealer they gave it a tune up and all thet good stuf. I installed some Bosh tripple platnum plugs like a week ago and some ractive 8.5 plug wires. Now the problem is the car berns gas like a MF, it only have like 50k on it and it's a 97 LS. What would be causing it to do that.
only thing that comes to my head is that you have the spark plug wires on the wrong plugs. check and see if you have the firing order correct, i think its like 1 4 2 3, not sure. if you have loss of power after the plugs and wires, i would check the firing order. im not quite sure what the problem could be.
wait a minute, you had a tune up and the mechanics didnt change the plugs and wires? or did you put on the bosch plugs after the mechanics installed in a set of new plugs? another thing, bosch plugs arent good for honda/acuras. go get some ngk's, i think those are good. better yet get some oem plugs or nippin denso irridum plugs. remember to properly gap them to the proper gap.
If ignition wires were connected wrong, engine won't start.
I agree with earlier posts, please go back to stock NGK plugs and stock wires.

STAY OEM NGK IS THE BEST
They doid change the plugs and the wires. I changed the wires & plugs after. I put bosh because my brother has it in his turbo itr motor and they seem to work pritty good. I will put the stock NGK's in today and see if there is a deference. How do i space the plugs??
if you got the plugs specifically for your car or her car it should be pre gapped. u can also buy a small half-dollar sized gapper. you will need to check the owners manual for the correct gap size.
