I was at the movies the other day and I see this nice civic hatch with CF hood, etc - had GSR seats.. so I went I bent over some infront of his driver window to get a better look (without touching the car) and his alarm went off! lol. Turned itself off soon as I walked away.. apparently some sort of motion sensor?

This custom or are there actual motion sensor alarms out there becuz I thought it was great and would love to put it in my GSR

 

probably a prox sensor.. dei makes one, the model number is 508d and you can buy them online for about 40 bux

 

alpine also has an alarm with motion sensor (150r). if you have tinted windows dont expect good coverage from the sensor since tint is metalized (meaning there is metal in window tint).
