i have a '90 dohc zc. i bought a b18a TB and I would like to know if it'll fit. Thanks in advance

 

nope it deff will not

only sohc tb's before 92 will fit it

ill trade you a d16z6 for it its a lil bigger than the stock zc and you can get rid of all that map bs because the map sensor is on the tb.

ok let me see if i get this straight, the b18a tb fits on the sohc vtec, the sohc vtec fits on the dohc zc, but the b18a tb wont fit on the dohc zc ?

 

some people say it fits. others say it won't. i really need to know from people's experience, thanks.

 

**** my bad i dont know what i was thinking. every sohc after 92 has the b series style tb so that means the z6 wont work on the zc. the only tb that will fit on the zc is the a6 or any fuel injected d series prior to 92.

and b series use the same bolt pattern

zc, a6 have a diff bolt patt.

and you cant put any other intake manifold on a zc (that i know of)

but i will buy it from you if you wana sell it (i have a y8 manifold) on my z6 head
