I have some 16k(900lb?) and they are too stiff, I'm curious to see how they compare to 700lb springs.

700lb springs are softer.

700lb springs are softer.

16K springs are 896 lbs. 900 seems right.
700lb springs are 12.5K
So what Solo-X said... with my numbers to back it up.
700lb springs ARE softer.
(The reason for the real obvious answers we're giving is because you haven't said why you want to know or your intentions in their use other than 'feedback from people running them'. Road race? Auto-x? Rally? Hill clmb? Rally=X? HPDE? Street Race/Drag race? Going to grandmothers house on Sunday with the family? Running moonshine across state lines? No events, just daily driving? All these situations require different set-ups. So help us help you!

You guys are killing me! Springs are used with Apexi N1 Coilover setup.
fronts are 11k and rears are 16k, these will be used for some autocrossing and maybe one day I will try roadracing if it doesn't cost me an arm and leg.
I need to step down to something a little softer in the rear, not much compression going on back there, and the tail is a little too happy to come around. Yes i know change the sway bars to fix this but I would rather have it ride a little better because there is little weight in the rear.

so what's the question?? :bewildered: the answers to any foreseeable questions you might have go like this. yes, they will work. yes, your car will ride better. no, i don't know if it will be soft enough for you. no, it won't be as fast in autocross. no, it will not be as fast for whatever your definition of "road racing" is. no, i don't know how much of a reduction in rotation you'll get. yes, there are easier ways to get your question answered.
my opinion of ride quality and your opinion of ride quality are different. therefore my opinion of a 600f/700r setup for predominately daily driving is meaningless to you. other forums are much better at answering questions on girly subjects such as ride quality. if it were me driving and i had your suspension setup but was annoyed with how harsh it rode, i would buy a second car.
