Free Iridium Sparkplugs; can i use them?

Came upon these for free...
can i use them? if so which one? 5303 or 5304

my mods: toda bs, stock block & headgasket

sorry for the pic size, if someone can help me shrink them feel free

i assume you have a b-series?

denso recommend the 5304 for dohc vtec
and 5303 b-series non-vtec. but you can use the 5303 in the vtec model. the 5303 are colder then the 5304.

yes, i have a vtec b series...

what is the heat range of the 5304? are they pre-gapped?

yea they are pre-gapped. not recommend by mfg. you can damage them by doing so.
