Can someone explain why they won't work? Both are OBD1 injectors and both 240 cc B-Series injectors. What's different? Just out of curiosity?

Unless the 92-93 obd1 integras came with a b18a, and not a b18b like I'm thinking. . .

Just to clear things up. . . obd1 integra = will work, check the plugs on the motor or the ecu to see if its obd1 or not.

 

I used my B16A1 Injectors on my 2000 GSR. they worked....I was still running a wgite plug ecu and Dist.

 

i have swapped stock injectors quite a few times between different motors (B16, B18B and B18C) w/o any problems other than the clips maybe not fitting. B series injectors are all 240cc from what i know, whether they are high impedance or low impedance. the early years required a resistor box since they were low impedance. but most or all after that were high impedance and didn't need the resistor box to add resistance, when it comes to B series that is.

other than the possible resistance factor i don't see why it wouldn't work.

 

vtecs are saturated, i think b18a/b's might be peak and hold...i had a chart, but i cant seem to find it...i knew i never should have cleaned my room.

 

B18A were all the way up to 93.

B18B started in 94.

All B-Series injectors are 240cc.

I thought all B Series were saturated. I though only 88-91 civic/crx's and 92-96 Preludes were saturated becaue that's where everyone says get resistor boxes.

edit: I just found my chart. up to 91 civics/integras were peak and hold. 92+ civic/integras are saturated.
