hello all. i have a slight problem i moved my carthis morning and there was a puddle of what looked liek to be oil under my car but with further investigation i noticed that it was tranny fluid it seems to be coming out of where the passenger side half shaft connects to the transmission, my ? is this an easy fix, has anyone else had this prob. i will get a pic up asap if needed

oil seal is leaking probably, 2 dollar part, you just gotta pop out the half shaft and replace the seal, not too hard.

or you could just live with it and add oil once a week or whatever, depending how fast its leaking, cant be good for the tranny tho :/

 

how do you take the seal out? just pry it out?

 

Yeah, use a screwdriver....
