Default front lower control arm... need info

My front lower control arm bend, don't know how maybe when it hit a curb
Now it cost me one tire because of uneven tire wear @#$%^
Anyone experience installing theirs ? I need suggestion how to change it

To replace your LCA - you will need to "pop" the lower ball joint, remove the strut fork, remove the end bushings from the sway bar, remove the two bolt hold the front strut rod, and remove one other bolt from the chassis.

Very easy to do - just may be time consuming!
