Default i'm picking up this rex - need some opinions

i'm very intrested in this rex , and i wanta drive it for awhile not some car that brake down on highway in 2 weeks later- heres what he say -88 Crx si with a b16a hybrid for sale. The car runs very well,5speed, it has comptech header, Mugen chip, neuspeed springs, integra front breaks, and 15" gsr rims. It needs paint, and also the front windshield has a crack and no AC, he also say its grind on 3rd gear but its still work fine- is this worth 3k? cause i have to repaint ,change windshield, and maybe fix 3rd gear problem. he say he did the swap himself.

should take it to the shop test it out.

vtec comes on around 4400rpm with the mugen chip (correct me if I'm wrong) if anything you will definately hear it........it should pull a lot harder too when vtec engages......if 3rd grinds, you're gonna need a new tranny soon......especially if you've never driven stick b4.....not a bad deal......I'd be a little worried about the tranny tho

look at it this way, its a b16 crx with mods, b16 w/tranny ecu..1250
mount kit.................300
shift linkage.............100
mods.......................500
so far thats 2150 for just the motor
so the car is like 850,
its well worth it.
