r1 coilover install for 1990 integra

Instructions did not come with the coilovers. Can anybody give me any tips or info to put them on? A step by step guide would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I have the instructions for my Maxspeed coilovers(should be the exact same thing for the R1s)...I can scan them for you tommorow if you need it, IM me

you put the right sized rubber rings on the struts (2 per strut) then slide the coilover over them so it stays centered. put the spring on, cut the bumpstop in half, put the cap on, and youre home free.
