Default AutoX a Volvo?

Ok, I know this is a Honda/Acura forum, but since there are some serious AutoX'ers here I thought I'd search here for info. My cousin has a 95 Volvo 850 (non-turbo) that he wants to AutoX. Anyone know of a Volvo forum that he can reference for info?

I forgot the name of the owner, but I autox'ed with him a few times in Central Fl region. Here is more info than anyone would ever want about the car off GRM website:

Early 850s have notoriously poor wheel bearings. I'd scrutinize these before any motorsport activity. Ask me how I know....sigh

http://www.swedespeed.com is better than Brickboard for the WWD (wrong-wheel drive) bricks

122 Amazon.
The Volvo 120 Series known generally as the 'Amazon'. Half a million were built by Volvo between 1956-1970 and gained a well-earned reputation for toughness and longevity.

I auto-x'ed my old 242GL, 244GL, and my current 242TI.

I think the 850 would be a little more of a challenge with the FWD... but you can auto-x anything (even a Yugo).

Oh wow...My grandmother down in Paraguay had a car exactly like that. Even the same color. Only differences I can see are the the MPH speedo and the lack of a column [manual] shifter. That was a damn good automobile that lasted a VERY long time.
