just signed mine.BTW Moroso is more than 1 hour away from Miami located in west West Palm Beach in the middle of nowhere,thats to damn far to go just to race 4 times in about 4 hours.

While I agree that a real south FL track would be cool, signing a petition isn't going to do anything about it.
There are SOOOOO many reasons NOT to build it that no investor in their right mind would try it.

Um, instead of signing a petition (who the hell is that going to anyway?), why not raise a group of investors. This is BUSINESS.
