Default obd2-obd1 swap soon, need tips

Im putting a y8 into a 91 STD hatch, of course its getting MPFI. I just want to kno if i can take a harness out of a 92-95 eg and use the original 98 y8 harness to make my conversion harness from obd2a to obd1? Can i even use the y8 engine harness on an odo0 car?

any help would be great
thanks
pat

hella too much work dude, put a Si manifold on it and a Si distrubter on it and run OBD0, or run the Y8 manifold on it, slightly more torqe

well that would be easy, just get the rpm activated switch from summit for the VTEC. But it will be boosted, Ive heard u cant run an afc on an obd0 car? is that true. I basically want to go obd1 for the tunability.

or am i worrying to much and should stay obd0?

thanks

stay obd0 dude, u can convert a PM6 to run vtec with some skillz.. i can do it if ya have a spair PM6 or a auto tranny PS9, ya it's not worth a serious $$$ to get Zdyne to do it for you, when someone like me will do it for ya for... lets say $30
edit: VAFCs work on OBD0!! Who ever told ya they wouldnt is missinformed
edit x2: I can burn ya a Boosted chip too
