Has anyone on Honda-tech run 880cc injectors with hondata? if so any problems?

 

from what boosted hybrid told me 880's should idle like stock as long as its tuned right, anything getting real clsoe to 1000cc's though start to get shaky.

 

They should be cake as long as they are good injectors. I like the new precision injectors

Cary (cheezefrog) runs 880's w/ hondata; the only reason his car idles like *** is because of his cams. All you need is the injector resistor and a decent tune.

I have 720cc and Hondata. Idles at 800 rpm easy. trying to boost 22psi.

 

I run 800's and it idles like stock.

 

I run 880's with hondata, no problems

 

thanks honda-tech peeps now i just got to order them in now from arturbo

 

what whp will 880's support if i keep the factory regulator(and pressure) with hondata? I was running 550s and now i need something that will support over 500 on stock fuel pressure. I was planning on running 1000cc injectors but havent heard a whole lot of people idling them well. any more info.

 

will the precision injectors fit a STR fuel rail?

 

i would think so if they are machined to fit a factory honda rail. not sure though

will the 1000cc with hondata idle bad? or can it be tune to idle close to stock.

 

will run like stock with proper tuning
