So if im driving like around 70+ and im about to go on to an off ramp from the freeway or sumthin mah whole cabin shakes..i feel it and so do all the people that sit in mah car...so what is that? are my brake rotors warped? should i get new ones? or wuts up sum help would be koo...thx...

 

You need new rotors.

 

your rotors are probally warped and you either need to have them resurfaced or replaced.

 

it would be a better value to replace them than to just resurface them since new rotors aren't that expensive anyway

 

ok, so first check the rotors, but i had the same problem and the rotors were fine. So then i changed out the hub, bering and rotor and that fixed it in a hurry....just a thought...

 

Have you had your tires rotated or wheels removed lately while servicing your car? Many 'shops' dont torque the wheels right and end up warping the rotors. My CRX had same problem after a shop over tightened wheels (esp. while wheels , etc. are still warm from use). From now on they only use torque stix or a torque wrench and follow the right pattern tightening the lugs.

 

like they say, its probably that the rotor is warped. You can have it evened out or just replace them. Why not go cross drilled/slotted?

 

if your rotors were warped, then you would feel a pulsation of the whole car when you come to a slow stop. But for the high speed braking, im pretty sure it is your tires. Go get your tires check out, and if nothing is wrong, then rotors.
