jic magic sf-1 coilovers
Hi all, does anyone have personal experience with these coilovers? (jic magic sf-1) I am considering them for an ek. I autocross once a month and am currently on stock suspension.
thanks in advance!

I run the FLT-A2. Stock valving. I'm quite happy with the setup. I'd be careful about the SF-1's though, if for nothing else, the rusting that can occur with the mild steel body. Sure it's painted or coated, but that comes off over time, especially on the threads.

Hi, thanks for the reply - do you think that the rust issue with jic is any worse when compared to tein or cusco? I like the stock spring rates on the sf1's because they seem like they would be fine for daily driving as well as some autocrossing. what else would you recommend in this price range? I realize that these are entry level coilovers so there has to be somewhat of a compromise because of the price.
The cheaper Teins will be in the same boat. The FLTA2 does not exhibit this problem. They turn as smoothly as on day 1.
If you're in this pricerange, you can always do Konis + Ground Controls.
