what are your plans for the car, track, auto-x ...?
plz search nest time and welcome to h-t.
intakes and exhaust only take you so far, so dont bother asking about them. if you have the money and want power, start with cams.

i would suggest against a body kit, thats just my opinion tho....my gsr is dropped 2 inches all around, and it looks beautiful. Im thinking about adding a lip maybe new bumper and tiny lil oem sides...im not sure tho, just dont go to drastic with the body kit i guess.

They dont have the best prices, but they have a nice easy layout, so you know what goes and what doesnt go on your exact car. They have power packages that have a combo of a few parts, i would look threw that, and if you find something you like, then search the web for a better price, cause they are usually high.

screw the body kit. have you ever seen a street car thats hade a body kit for over a year? its hard to find 1 that still looks good without cracks and chips. if its gona be a show car then akit is ok i guess
I say go clean with the body, maybe a JDM front lip and headlights. OEM spoiler, painted OEM sides. As far as rims, go for something light. Rotas are light, strong, and cheap. They are nice, cuz they look like the more expensive rims made by Volk, Mugen, etc, but you don't feel bad if you damage one. If you want some light JDM rims, look into more expensive offerings from SSR, Volk, Mugen, 5-Ziggen, Work, etc. Tires really make the car, so make sure you get a good set of tires. Kumho MX's and Falken Azenis are popular around here, and are a great cheap tire. You might also want to look into a rear sway bar to complete the handling package. As far as power mods, being an LS motor, you can do a lot with it. You could rebuild the block and put a VTEC head on it (known as LS/VTEC) with some cams and make good power (about 200whp is attainable). Or you could rebuild the block and go turbo, putting down 240-300+whp depending on how strong you build the block. Hope all this info helps a little. You'll find a lot of people here on H-T are more about function over form. As far as performance, this place has a wealth of knowledge, and a great place to learn. As always, search is your friend.

get a header of course. that should only run you about $200 for a quality one. if you REALLY want a body kit, dont get one with wings and **** sticken out at every angle; get something clean that runs smoothly with the lines of your car.
Youve got plenty of options with that budget. Balance your budget so that youre not all show and no go. You definitely need some new wheels

Forget the body kit.
Get good tires and spend the rest on the engine. Cam, valve job, toss those yellow wires, make the engine compartment nice and neat. 2 coats of wax and good to go.
