Default Stock 99 B16 turbo ?

I have a 99 civic Si and putting on custom kit tomorrow. Wondering how many pounds should i run safely for a while if my motor has 73000 on it and i am using a turbonetics t3/t4 E housing... HELP!

6-7 psi get it tuned as soon as u can

i also need to tap my oil pan... how should i go about doing that... i have a tapped oil pan off of one of my LS/VTEC's but i'm using the 1.6 bottom end.

don't run more than 8lbs unless it is dyno'ed and tuned by a reputable shop. Also check your timing and make sure you have enough fuel. I blew my stock piston ring landings @ 9psi. It sucked.
