Default WHP preditions for this NA setup. Need some help and insight

The setup below is entirely geared toward autox / road race...once i go to driving school. for the peeps who are familiar with rules and regulations at these events...how will this setup effect my status at an event? I just need to adjust and add/remove some stuff, through some of your suggestions. I'm thinking i can push 190WHP with this setup, which is exactly all i want. please suggestions and insight. and this is for a B18C1...I'm ready to start buying parts....just need some final decision tweakings

- Toda Spec A Cams
- Toda Cam Pulleys
- Toda Timng Belt
- Toda Oil Pump Gear
- Toda Valvetrain
- Mugen Baffled Oil Pan
- Mugen Head Gasket
- Hytech Spec 1 Exhaust Manifold + Complete Exhaust System
- Comptech Ice Box
- Mocal Oil Cooler
- Mocal Thermostat
- -10an HP Lines + Fittings
- Hondata S100 ~or~ S200
- RC Injectors 310cc ~or~ Stock?
- B&M FPR...i'm sure this FPR will do fine

stock everything. compression bump .04 with the head gasket....so i'd be @ 10.4:1...hence i'm not exactly too keen on buying the Spec B's...i won't use them to the fullest capacity. daily driven as well. pump gas....Cali 91shitane. In addition, I don't want to upgrade the throttle body or intake manifold. I just want to massage it alittle bit, but without a drastic change. Transmission is what i need to work on next, but probably keep the stock gearing and just add an LSD

From what I've seen you should be able to hit 190whp pretty easy with good tuning.

190+ is realistic.

so my setup is solid in your opinion...correct? for 190WHP? Sorry for the newbie question, but I was immersed in FI train of thought for the longest time, until autox / road race started to really catch my attention. thanks again
