From what I understand a PR3 cannot be chipped, You'll need the P28. I would highly reccomend keeping the PR3 alone and adding a Feilds Boxer. It will let you adjust fuel, vtec crossover and remove the speed limiter. With the S1 tranny my b16 propells my 90 crx to 148 mph @ 8400 rpm in 5th gear (tested and true)

Are you kidding me? The PR3 is probably the most chipped ECU out there... try http://www.hyperducktuning.com

Oh by the way, the knock sensor goes into open loop (becomes useless) when you're above 5000 rpm or so.
