Just finished up a good wash and wax of #0724. I used 3M Hand Glaze (which I picked up today) and Meguires Gold Class Liquid Wax and the car looks fantastic. Now watch it rain tomorrow after something like a billion days without rain down here...

Don't know why had to share that. The products worked great though for anybody interested.

 

Isn't it a great feeling after you finished cleaning and waxing your car. My wife thinks that I am crazy when I say that I find it enjoyable to "waste" an entire weekend day detailing my car

Yeah, I've noticed that every time I am done cleaning.......bugs attack. I still love to clean my car, it puts me into a good mood. Everyone I know thinks I am nuts, when it comes to cleaning my car.

 

its probably the smell of the wax. its nice to the nose.

 

there was this thing on the news here about some lady's volvo who got attacked by bee's im talking a whole hive that flocked to her car after she came back from the car wash. apparently the carnuba smell or chemical in the wax attracted them. hah, sucks for her
