Default h23 crank w/h22 rod

ok i have a h23 block with h22 head (the reason I bought it was cause the price was damn low, i'm even able to sell a lot of piece that won't use, so the block/head cost about 400-500$ maxxxxx

anyway, my questions (i've done my research but didn't find anything good enough): btw i'm going turbo!!

1) I want to keep my h23 crankshaft, for the stroke of the h23, but I tought that I might get higher r/s ratio with h22 rod length, or maybe I can get some custom rod and have longer one??

2) some said that h23 crank are weaker then h22's and wonder if they would handle 500-600hp? or it's only a myth!

3) My next buy will be the piston(since I need them to sleeve my block), so I would need some info on the head clearance i must have for that setup, I may go with titanium rod, so i think it may be lower, no?
