Default Do all B-series use the same oil filter?

Is the same oil filter used throught the entire B-series line-up. More specifically I'm looking at purchasing some oem filters in bulk on ebay and want to make sure that I don't end up with a bunch of filters I can't use!! I have a 97 JDM ITR B18C. Anyone have the correct part numbers?

I'm pretty sure Honda only uses one size oil filter for all of their engines.

It even fits 92-00 civics also. I use the same filter on my Integra, B16 Civic, and my mom's 00 civic lx.

well not ALL their engines... i believe...90's and up they were mostly the same, except for some of the motors in the acura, and of coarse the new K-series is not the same.

but as for b-series yes they are all the same.

You are correct .. all 90-00 4 cyl honda use the same oil filter. the new K series has a smaller filter. i was wondering if that created more oil presurre. I will research and let you guys know.

I've heard numerous rumors about that as well, but nothing solid. Maybe I haven't researched enough

The new filters fit on the old engines, but the bigger old filters don't fit on the K engines. There's something in the way...

There's a couple orphans with different filters, like the Passport. Which is really an Isuzu anyway...

Insights use very tiny Toyo Roki filters that have the same inlet and gasket diameter as a B-series. Might be a good choice for an engine break in.

yes , it does.

rumored at 20psi more under WOT.

why you think you need more oil pressure is beyond me though
