Default need advice guys....

I'm installing a new clutch in my D16Z6 and was wondering what high temp grease to use on my bearings. Any suggestions?

Also, what MTL to use. I have heard different theories....

What about high temp grease? Honda as well, or part store stuff...

Im guessing any kind of lithium greese will work because thats the stuff I am directed to use in my driveshafts of my truck. I'm pretty sure the joints on the shaft get pretty hot while driving.

Its all the same, some just have some addtional additives on it (which I haven't found to be any more advantages than those without it). If those grease can withstand the high rotation and temperature of the axle bearings it sure as hell can withstand the throw-out and pilot bearing.
